A friend of mine was flashed in an elevator in Saudi Arabia. She made the mistake of reporting it to the security people in the hospital compound where she worked. That merely resulted in those pervs attempting to get her to give a graphic description of what she had seen. Maybe the police in Britain back in the day would have taken the matter more seriously and less salaciously but you never know.
