As discussed here are the two continuity issues in this chapter. You wrote:

1) "I find it ironic that you keep telling Nikki how naughty she is and how badly she needs a spanking when you’ve been with two men in twenty-four hours, and still want both men to pleasure you."

But she had only been with Xavier in the past 24 hours not both of them

2) "Xavier pulled a condom out of his pocket and then sheathed himself, and asked Carrie what she wanted."

We just read about how he fucked her standing up in Chapter 7 without a condom and came inside her so this seems unnecessary to put one on now.
