The lowest of the low positions was held permanently by a guy with sub-normal intelligence charged with cleaning the floors and bathrooms and stocking the walk in freezer. Next up was counter staff. The you got promoted to milkshakes, the n fries. The pinnacle of the staff hierarchy was the grill. Turnover was so high that promotions came quickly.
