Bella, one thing that stands out which you might mention is that in a forum such as the Be Open Club which we both belong to there are I'm afraid some boring posts from time to time. Since comments are required, I find that sometimes a short comment such as 'Thanks for sharing' is best as it would be unnecessary to leave a negative comment in that environment.
