Hmmm, I can see your point but what would you make of my behavior. In 2019 I had one date from meeting on Tinder. I only exchanged texts with one other person who seemed unsuitable. I had sex with the one woman that I met on our first date then had a short relationship with her which she broke off on the grounds that "she would end up falling for me" and didn't want to. Having had the one date and sex first time out I figured that it could only go down hill from there so did not use it again for two years.

In late 2021 I tried it again and had two dates and sex with both women that I met so I have no complaints about the app. Unfortunately, I was unable to get back to London in 2022 so that all fizzled out. I have not used it again but have recently been toying with the idea. Where does this put me? Given my "success" rate shouldn't I be all over it if it was addictive as the lawsuit alleges?
