I am not familiar with that book by Max Beerbohm. I'll have to read it. Thanks for the reference. I see that there is an illustrated version of it.

As an aside I very much took to heart Sir Max's famous aphorism from Zuleika Dobson, "The problem with Oxford is that gives one a gentlemen's expectations without providing one with a gentleman's income".
