I can't believe that there is a market for used urns. That just seems creepy to me. Also, the law around the disposal of ashes seems irrational in some regards. My father wanted his ashes scattered in the Straits of Juan de Fuca. Apparently, that is illegal. Are you kidding me! Let's compare the environmental effect of his ashes vis a vis a freighter dumping garbage or how about a US naval vessel on its way to Kitsap.
