I read an interesting biography of Wyatt Earp titled, 'Wyatt Earp, A Vigilante Life'. The Earps were barely better than gangsters and thugs.

As you probably know Wyatt is alleged to have fixed the heavyweight championship match between Tom Sharkey and Bob Fitzsimmins.
