I took the helicopters to the Grand Canyon. That was great as they could land in the Canyon and we had lunch there. In 2008 I took river rafts down the Colorado through the canyon. It was absolutely fantastic.

In the 70s English friends of mine who were planning to go to New York thought that they would have to duck from doorway to doorway when walking the streets of New York due to the constant running gun battles going on between the police and various criminals. I told them to stop watching so many American cop shows on TV.
