I'd agree that the Europeans are generally more relaxed about all kinds of sex but I got a German friend of mine to do a three way with one of my girlfriends and he said, "Ok, but no crossing swords". So, there was homophobia there. That particular encounter worked out just fine. He also agreed to do one with another girlfriend of mine and then reneged after he met her on the grounds that "She looks just like my High School English teacher!"
