Kansas? Tornadoes?

Dan Quayle, Newt Gingrich and Bill Clinton were driving across Kansas in a car when they were struck by a tornado. It whisked them away and when they came to the were in the Land of Oz. Brought before the Wizard, Dan Quayle said, "I need a brain, I need a brain"!
