The situation with guns in this country is unbelievable. We are so far from being a civilized country as a result I despair. That is the feeling it brings out in me rather than rage and anger. Just despair that so many of us are so lost in the fantasy that they have built up about the right to bear arms that the soul of our society is so lost and will never be recovered.
