This is a lovely tribute to Diana who brought a very human element to what is in fact a rather cold institution.

We were in Orlando when she was killed and about three days later, I had to fly back to Bahrain via London. I stopped off and went to Buckingham Palace to look at all the flowers and other tributes that had been placed outside the gates. It was a very moving sight.
