Unfortunately, most societies attempt to suppress female sexuality. I am sure that this is a result of male fears and a desire to control. Many men are frightened of women's sexuality and feel that the man is in some way diminished if the woman has freedom and agency. Since men are physically stronger than can get away with this. The Arabs seem to take this control to ludicrous lengths but women still find a way to get their nut off.
