Weaning this younger generation off their mobile devices is an exercize in futility. My sons were born and grew up in Bahrain. In 2010 when they were 25 and 17 respectively, I took them on a trip through the American West, Craters of the Moon, Yellowstone, to a rodeo the Little Big Horn. They were underwhelmed and spent the whole trip on their mobile devices. I point out the Grand Tetons. They look up for a few seconds. "Yeah, that's cool dad." and go right back to whatever it was they were doing. It was a waste of time.
